Black Sheep Gamers Guild™

Right now I have a few friends here in Missoula that are going to come over from wow to start the guild with me. Im sure a few of the peeps in BSGG will come check it out. I really want as many people from Montana as I can get to come together, I just like the idea of real people. As far as the guild goes, I want to just make it as much of a extension of  BSGG as I can, so with that in mind here is a overview of what I want to accomplish.

Im looking to establish a fun, successful, friendly guild. There is no reason to have any hard-line requirements in a PvP game because regardless of level gear or skill everyone can PvP. The guilds name will be blacksheep and membership to the guild will entitle you to access to most of these forums but not full membership to BSGG, but let me tell you the people here will treat the on-line warhammer community just like they live next door to them.

We will look to be successful as I said but balance is a key aspect in gaming and Ive always found without casual players even hardcore guilds have issues so in that aspect. I want to keep the guild centered around the idea that the game is entertainment and that we approach it as such.

Loot is a single aspect of the game that can get the best of even close friends at times. So a strong loot system thats flexible enough to fit the needs of the members is a good idea, as a guild we wont pick a loot system right away but if you have ever looked up the suicide kings loot system, a system like that would be my first choice, You can find more on SK here http://www.wowwiki.com/Suicide_Kings

Trial Periods, there will be a two week trial period where we get to know people but during that period of time new members will have the same rights to loot as full members and there will be no discrimination. I have a strong belief that you cant treat people differently based on rank.

We also have a vent server thats waiting for the guild to kick up, I rented it so gamers in Montana have a place to go hang out no matter what game they play but it will have a warhammer guild section for us.
